how much longer do u think he will coach? any chance he would go to another university for a new challenge... and to get the hell out of Tuscaloosa. once established his path to playoffs every year would be a joke. when texas gets tired of crybaby herman how much $$$ do u think they will throw at him? have any other coaches won multiple NCs in multiple conferences?

what if he is like, "guess what... I can do the same thing in another conference too and with a different type of player"

"Hey kid, I see u had a decent ACT score... want to play for me at Notre Dame?"

"Yes sir." says every top HS recruit who actually went to class

could he turn a non-SEC program into the same caliber as bama? or does he work only in the SEC

Saban's not slowing down and he is never going to leave Alabama.

Anything out of a major health issue - he's coaching at least for another 5 years.

They already agreed in principle to his 10 years, $10 million - he balked (because it was just an absurd number and he/Sexton wanted to see if the market could support it) and used it to get another increase from Bama.

His 10-year window is likely closing, so if Texas gets really desperate, they may go $11.5 for, say, 8 years. I still doubt he leaves for that, but another increase/extension from Bama at that point.

He'll coach until his buddy/protector Emmert steps down. The next guy might just decide to investigate "the process ".

The idea of establishing a dynasty at a non-SEC school with a storied program (ND, Michigan, etc.) would be appealing to me... I couldn't live in Tuscaloosa for 1 thing. At SEC schools ur dealing with a particular type of "student" athlete vs other universities also.

He's not leaving Alabama until he retires. He understands his place in history is dependent upon winning more titles, not turning around another program.

5-10 years. I could easily see 10. Coaching is what he enjoys.

No he doesn’t want challenges

He doesn’t get joy from winning. He just avoids feeling like he does when they lose.

You think that miserable frick is going to sit at the house and watch CNBC all day?

He's going to die out on that field. I see him going at least another decade.

yeah, i'm wondering if he will be like Paterno and try to coach until he is 150. I'm just saying if it were me I'd rather do that at a different program.

would you leave a well oiled machine, that you created, that skull fricks everyone in the toughest conference in the land? lil nicky taking out his frustration for a lifetime of being short, bama football is his creation ie: Frankenstein 800 gorilla with a chainsaw for a penis...

yes, if it meant more money, not living in Tuscaloosa, and being the best coach in the history of a program like ND (or similar storied program).

So true. He tried that crap in the NFL and it quickly became apparent that players were about to whoop his arse before they’d tolerate his Napoleanic tyranny.

He is already the coach of one of the most storied programs in college football history and by the time he has finished could be the most storied program in history.
