Meant to post on TRant, my bad. Admin you can move it there if you’d like.

That would be amazing. I’d be surprised though. Mock only had one RB being taken in Rd1 at that was at Swift at 32 to KC. With the amount of talent at the position around the league it’s hard for teams to justifiy using a 1st on one nowadays. Would be thrilled for CEH if it happens though and breaking the record would be pretty cool.

Exactly, recruits pay a lot of attention to the combine and draft. All 6 is realistic for the 1st round. Some mocks have 3 more LSU Tigers geauxing in the 2nd.

I think people are still underestimating Clyde. The dude was money all year long. He has everything you want in an RB these days. Maybe a little faster, but thats about it. Dude can ball. Whoever selects him will be getting a fantastic player for years.

Clyde doesn't have the ceiling that other's backs have, but unlike them he is (in my opinion) a guarantee to be successful. He's so polished at what he does (routes, lateral agility, toughness).

betonline currently has under 5.5 LSU players drafted in round 1 at -225 with the over at +160 so probably won't get all 6 in round 1 but very possible

Delpit is the wild card....some experts have him slipping into bottom of second round. He played hurt most of the year and that hurt his draft status....he needed pro day.

In my opinion he would fit very well with what the chiefs are doing, he gives them their true three down back that already excels at being a pass catcher.

I've seen a few 7 round mocks that have 15 Tigers chosen which would break record of 14 set by Ohio State also, oddly enough, in 2004. Other nine are CEH, Cushenberry, Lawrence, D. Lewis, S. Charles, Moss, Phillips, Divinity, Sullivan.

IF this turns out accurate, LSU would have faced 13 first round draft choices last year. That may be a record as well.

Yep, I’ve seen that as well. I think we have a pretty good chance at breaking the record. Think Divinity and Sullivan are the guys right on the fringe that if they get picked we’ll get to the 15. Adrian Magee has an outside shot at getting picked as well

I am 100% sure the Cowboys will be taking an LSU player at 17. IDK who it will be because we need all 4 of those positions, DE, CB, S, and WR.

5 LSU players being drafted nearly consecutively in the first round would be amazing.

Unfortunately LSU won't get the green room recognition. Hope espn sets up some kind of live video feed so the players can have their moment and O can continue to brand "Geaux Tigers"

Of those guys, only Divinity and Sullivan are on the fence for not being drafted but could easily see teams taking a 7th round chance on them especially Sullivan because of his athleticism. You also have guys like Breiden Fehoko and Blake Ferguson who could slip into the later rounds. The Athletic's Dane Brugler has Ferguson going in the 7th round in his latest projections.
