It was was definitely illegal, but subtle. I can't blame the refs too bad for missing that.

Still, none of these are excuses for the lack of offense throughout the game.

I am so sick of hearing shite like this. As if any criticism of a piss poor job means that I should either step in and do better or keep my mouth closed.

That gameplan was pathetic. I have not seen as anemic an offense on an LSU team in the past decade as the one Crowton and Miles keep on putting on the field, and they are doing it with four and five star recruits. These men are paid premium dollars to put a top notch team on the field. Miles has not done this in the past two fricking years.

Don't presume a criticism requires me to grab a fricking clipboard and play chart and go out there and coach. But I guarn-fricking-tee you I would not keep running options with Jefferson, he is pathetic at it. Sheperd would have seen the field. I would for fricking sure run a wildcat formation with Holliday and Sheperd in the backfield. Jefferson would not hold the damn ball so long in the pocket.

There are a lot of things differently that can be done other than doing the same shite over and over again. LSU finally ran into a team with as much/more talent than it and it showed how bad the coaching on this team is.

Miles looked like an idiot who didn't have a clue as to how to correct the mistakes being made by his team.

funny how the ref's seen every offsides against us, every facemask, which was the right call, but didnt see Hawkins jersey streched a mile on the TD...I've said it before the SEC has the WORST officials in all college sports...

What about the last couple of years? Have they been terrible offenses? ..or did the coaching staff just forget to to coach? IMO, they are doing what they can while being handcuffed with a young QB.

the fact that we have no run game is not helping wing JJ along.

I'll agree that the Perilloux situation is still biting them in the arse and this is a growing pain. But spread the formations around and use the resources you have available. Put Shepard in there to distract the defense. Put he and Holliday split out on opposite sides and keep some defenders out of the middle of the field if you want to run up the middle.

For the love of God, be creative and come up with something that doesn't require Jefferson to make a play on 3rd and 6+ yards. His judgement becomes really bad when in those situations.

My only complaint is lack of RS and RR. We will lose the great recruits because of this. I wouldn't mind losing so much if we at least let RS play.

This was not just an awful performance last night against the #1 ranked D, it's been all freaking year against every opponent. The Oline sucks and the QB cannot continue to take sacks...stop looking at the first WR on the play and check to the other guys...he needs to find the open WRs, they are there...
