when the pitchforks come out for the new coach.

Arnsparger lost to Miami OF OHIO

Curley lost to Colorado state

Saban lost to UAB

Miles--i cant recall off the top of my head any games to lesser or directional schools Miles lost to---just the innumerable games where defeat was snatched from the jaws of victory---TN in 2005, clock it, 2016 Aub...

Ogre lost to Troy.

Which game will it be in the future?

his first game against ASU. The catch by Doucet probably wouldn't be one today

9/10/2022: home vs. Southern.

If we don't win by 120, people will complain.

I think during the Miles era, the Clemson loss was brutal. But he lost me after the loss to Wisconsin at Lambeau. We should have never lost to that team. We were in FG range with a first down and about a minute to go. Then Harris threw an interception. The defense was fine back then, just no offensive imagination.

Miles started losing much of the fanbase after the clock it game vs Ole Miss ‘09 and the debacle at the end of Tennessee 2010.

The Clemson bowl game loss and Tennessee post-hurricane loss where the two games I remember being most frustrated. We were clearly much better than both of those teams.

Don't know future. Anyone recall how Miles started? He wins game #1 at Arizona St and fired us all up. The very next week made zero 2nd half adjustments and let The Tennesse Volunteers (with ex LSU Qb Rick Clausen) defeat a much better talented LSU team. By that 2nd game I had worries about him. In all fairness he did contribute to a lot of fun times and big wins. He must have got too rich and cozy to adapt as the college game got so much more advanced and tough to win at. He was retained by LSU at least 2-3 years too long. Maybe why Coach O is shown the door so quick. Maybe LSU leaders have learned to move quick.
