If it turns out to be true, I wish him all the best!

I find it hard to believe Garic would be the only one in on this scoop, but no one else is reporting it.

Good luck with your next adventure Brennan. This clears the much at QB up just a bit.

I'm still confident we will be just fine at QB this season.

I'm going to trust a top 5 coach and the best coach this program has seen since Saban with this school's QB situation. But you do you

Should've went to any College where he could start. I don't get it. Why come back?

This the difference in O and Kelly. I would have anointed MB the starter during spring ball and not let the cream rise to the top.

Our season never hinged on Brennan. We will be fine regardless of who starts at QB.

Lingering injury issues could make a lot of sense here.

Don't understand why he wouldn't want to try La Tech or heck almost anywhere there was an uncertain situation. Unless you know already you don't want to chase an NFL dream and you're ready to move on.

It's sad how unlucky / unfortunate he has been. Was supposed to be the starter the last 2 years and injury and freak accident destroyed his college career.

Why wait until now? He should have known for quite some time he would not be the starter. Most everyone else did.

Good luck to him. I’d at least try to play at a smaller school one last time
I'm really surprised he's not. Many have and succeeded. Jeff Driskel comes to mind. He was awful at Florida, so he transferred to LATech and had a really good season there. He's had a pretty good NFL career as a backup. I just don't think MB has much love for the game.

That’s sad to hear. He stuck it out with us for like 6 years and didn’t run to the portal. I wish he got a full shot.
