My take on LSU Coaching situation

...as an Alabama fan. (But first, let me say I like the forum you guys have here- pretty good stuff).
I wanted Shula fired after his 1st year when he went 4-9. His second year we lost our starting QB and went 6-6. I still wanted him fired but I thought he did a better job that year. His 3rd year we went 10-2 and I still wanted him fired because it was still obvious he was a bad coach even though our record was not indicative of that.
Many (at least a third) Bama fans did not want Shula fired after his 4th year. They were stupid. Look at what we have now.
So, to all you LSU fans who want to get rid of Miles you are right because he's not a good coach.
A good coach would have gone undefeated at least one of the past 4 years for LSU. You can tell by what you see on the field Miles is not a good coach. I'm sure the majority of LSU fans disagree, but, to the minority, I've been in your shoes and feel your pain.
After seeing Mike Dubose, Denny Franchione and Mike Shula get 10 win seasons at Alabama I know the record does not tell the full story.
Hopefully (as a Bama fan) dumber heads will prevail and Miles will have to fall completely into Denardocrity before he is run off. But, you really shouldn't have to wait that long.

Of all things to do the week before an SEC championship game........you were that lonely huh.......
Nothing else in Bamaland to talk about.

More people agree with you then you think, especially me.

Franchione, I believe, is a bright football mind who can't recruit. He's the opposite of Les.

It's that obvious, huh?

it makes me so mad that bama thinks that they are all knowing and the voice of reason becasue
"bama is back"

"bama is back"

Let's not forget that Bama had to hire a lying sack of shite to get respectable again.

for the record, I've liked their fans the most in the SEC. Nicest fans I've met on road trips and the most knowledgeable as well in the SEC. Compared to Ole Miss, SC, UGA, or FLorida fans, there is no comparison.

So is saban a good coach, because he has never gone undefeated

He does know that Miles has a better record with "saban's recruits" than saban does. Not to mention Saban never went undefeated.

Please excuse the angry rantards for they not know what they do.
Seeing their ex move on and have a better life with another partner and knowing they're stuck with Elmer Fudd is driving them to insanity

Saban and Tubberville will have something in common next Sunday. Undefeated regular seasons with nothing to show for it.

Good stuff dude...don't agree with it 100% though.

Gumps are gonna get run out of the Dome by the Gators. UF wins by at least 2 TD's, then Gumps go to Sugar Bowl and get whacked by Texass.
