We trade one Michigan man (from Ohio) for another...

How sweet it would be....

NFL is on his horizon

If LSU needs a coach anytime soon, throw the bank at Muschamp, make him turn you down. If Texas goes to PAC 10 that could change Muschamp's thinking if he wants to stay in the South. Otherwise, make a run at Smart, Saban mentor. This would of course go against LSU hiring an assistant but unless you have a slam dunk head coach hire you buck policy.

Harbaugh is about to RULE the Pac 10 now that USCw is gravely injured in recruiting.

Why would he leave? oK> edited to say, MONEY.

I think he will be playing for NC's in a year or two.

Even if Tex is in the P-10.

Thats why its FANTASY..

He is the best/hottest coach in CFB PERIOD right now..

Its amazing what he has done there...

Imagine what it would be like to have a young, bright, intense, passionate, bad arse recruiting coach like that..

And do not say Miles is a bad arse recruiter...NO ONE KNOWS how good he is IMO...

It is EASY to recruit to Louisiana State University...its not easy at Stanford

Sounds like you're describing Will Muschamp.

would love to get harbaugh, but how much does he want the nfl. i really think that if it came to it and miles left on his own, we could throw enough at muschamp to get him. why wait 5+ yrs to coach texas? mack isnt going anywhere anytime soon. he has already been here and knows the gold mine it can be. to have a former lsu assistant with a defensive mind/pedigree that has already established recruiting in our 2 most important states-kick fkin arse!

Harbaugh is a good coach but Stanford is not LSU. The expectations are less there and the schedule is easier. Success at a smaller school doesn't always translate at a school like LSU. He well might be good enough but you never really know.

So let me see if i understand this....in your scenario, you want a coach that has won the SEC West 3 out of 6 years (and another possible SEC championship) to leave so we can get a Pac 10 coach who's greatest achievement is beating USC. Sounds reasonable.

These would make me ecstatic!!!

As for replacements, Harbaugh would be fine; however, there are a lot of options out there, and if we're talking fantasy scenario I'm going with ........................

This is by far the most idiotic thing I've ever heard. If LSU wins the west that means they have greatly improved since last year. It means the current coaching staff is capable of improving players and winning championships. Add in the fact that Miles can recruit, WHY THE frick WOULD YOU WANT HIM TO LEAVE??!?!?!?!?!

If we win the west next season we more then likely win the sec cg. This whole scenario is retarded.

You do realize the University of Texas wouldn't move to the west coast right?

If you can't figure this out by now, there is little hope for you.

Miles is the problem.
Miles is the problem.
Miles is the problem.

The faster we get him out of here, the better off LSU football will be. Under this scenario, Miles' departure would occur without the team having to suffer through a poor season.

How can you not understand this?

They wouldn't have a poor season because Miles' obviously fixed some issues.

So...in this scenario...even though LSU wins the west and possibly another SECC....Miles is still a problem and needs the boot. Do you see the flaw in this logic?

im starting to believe you're actually a gump.

There is no logic in that, it doesn't even make sense. He's saying if we win the SEC West there's a huge problem... what? It's seriously one of the most retarded things I've ever read. Hell, this whole thread is really stupid.
