he had some great years, but I struggle to say he was great overall when he went 15-11 in the SEC (10-10 against the West) his last 3+ years, all with elite recruiting classes.

I'm not diminishing his successes here, but the last few years took a lot of the luster off for me.

His record from 2012- the day he was fired would be good for 3rd best win % in lsu history.

It grew on me. I never said to fire him bc I thought all he needed to do was allow someone to run the offense. I just wanted him to be the figure head and recruit.

His teams at LSU were loaded with talent and were more talented than probably 90% of our opponents.

Do you think he will recruit like he did at LSU?

He picked up where he left off at LSU. He did not sign one OL in this class.

to think he is only one of 2 coaches to win a NAtty and go undefeated in the regular season. This in the toughest division in the toughest conference at that time in all of college football.
It is a shadow of itself the last couple years - see firings.

Specifically said as a coach and that he's a great ambassador for college football. I just didn't like his coaching style.

Neither am I and didn't. As I said I'm very appreciative of what he did for LSU.

I have no idea.

I appreciate everything Les did for the program while he was here, so I'm not gonna slam him either.

But don't worry, there's plenty here that will.

Just saw video of a kid from Oklahona he signed who was committed to KSU but pulled off his sweatshirt to show a TTU t shirt, then took that off to show his bare chest with body paint and a KU on his chest and Jayhawk and his number on his back. Then, proceeded to bash OU and OSU for letting him leave the state. Class act. Welcome aboard
