I saw Tree about 2 or 3 years ago, and he was working at the EBRSO.

Works for the Boy Scouts, even wears a uniform every now and again. Good guy.

He is a good guy. He was nicknamed "Instant Offense." He had a great shot, and I remember a Kentucky game when Tree shut Melvin Turpin down.

Of the Crayola crowd you mention, Lionel "Tree" Green was probably the best player of the group. Tree was all-SEC and along with a fellow "color man" Al Green, helped guide the 1979 Tigers to Dale Brown's first SEC title and LSU's first in 25 years. Oliver and Dennis Brown were both tremendous bench players for the Tigers.

Add Rudy Macklin and you've got it.

Any list without Pete Maravich and Chris Jackson is incorrect.

Pete, Chris, Shaq, andthe other two postions dont reallymatter. I'll say Tyrus and Big Baby at sf and pf..

I will put that five up against any other schools top five and beat them all day. Including ucla kansas north carolina and duke.
