If you didn’t see his post. Makes a lot more sense when you consider

1)His flirting with DC positions elsewhere
2)He can keep this GOAT recruiting class together
3)DB has consistently been great and he’s been here for so long.
4)This allows a spot for Meatball to come back into the coaching staff.

Muddbone definitely has the scoop

Would be bad. Nothing against Corey but he has no experience and something tells me his salary has been among the lowest here for a reason.

I love Corey but I wouldn't want him having his first dc job here.

I was thinking the same thing. Raymond has been loyal, has been great for the secondary, and wants to be a DC. I’d give it a shot, particularly when there aren’t a lot of obvious replacements and your HC is also a defensive guy. Bring in a retired “consultant “ who can help mentor him.

No. And using bringing Meatball back is somehow supposed to be a good thing?

Bill Busch is already on staff, unless he’s Aranda’s DC at UNLV

Meatball is not a good coach so I wouldn't want him on this staff.

Insert O where you have Corey and read it again. I’ll never judge based on being just a position coach again.
