Listening to the ESPN (104.9 The Horn) affiliate here in Austin and they just reported that Terry Sabin was in Austin a few weeks ago looking at homes/land. Now a lot of people have vacation homes here so it may be nothing but it sure sounds fishy to me.

I know. It isn't like he brought LSU their first national title in nearly 50 years, brought us back into a perennial power, was our last coach, or coaches for a major rival in the same conference...

It's like these guys don't even know a thing about LSU football.

I always thought a good screenname here would be, Lester Sabin.

Yep you are correct what sounds fishy is the freaking entire story. If Saban is truly thinking about the UT job "personally I don't think so" do you really think that he would send his wife to look at houses in Austin mid season. If you do believe that, I want to let you know that I have a land title to the Brooklyn Bridge I would like to sell you fairly cheap, you will be a millionaire.

Come on people put your thinking caps on before you type. Not saying the Saban is thinking about UT or going to ever go to UT, just saying he is not stupid enough in today's instant gratification world and gossip hounders on the internet where things get back in seconds not months that he would send his wife 3 months ahead of anything being announced when Bama is inline for playing for another BCS-NC this year. Think people, think!!!

Yeah, I think Terry Saban was here last year and the year before looking at houses according to rumors which are all full of crap. Guess what muschamps wife loved Austin also and hated to move according to them.

I don't think there is anyway Saban is leaving and if you go read shaggybevo it looks like a lot of people are jumping on the briles bandwagon.
