Move it to Tiger Stadium, and that solve number of home games problem. Just use the Chattanooga ticket

I'm pretty sure he already does. There's plenty of anecdotal evidence.

I'd love to see it moved to Provo (if it has to be moved). Y'all could all stay at my house. I'll make the gumbo. Thinkin' I better get started now...

Awesome man. I'll bring the beer.

It's actually NRG stadium now. It hasn't been Reliant in a few years.

Move it to Tiger Stadium, and then we'll play BYU in Utah for five years in a row as compensation. #Allevabargainingphilosophy

I hate alleva too, but you do understand he just traded a home for home right? Florida played us 2 years in a row at our house now we go to theirs 2 years. What would you prefer alleva done in the situation given?

First of all, I'm being tongue in cheek.

I agree Sankey and the SEC commish fricked us and Alleva made LSU available to play that game that weekend almost anywhere. LSU should not have been forced to give up a home game and then be responsible for the game getting moved out of Florida and thus compensating Florida with a home game for a natural disaster that just so happened to disrupt a game Florida was hosting.

I wasn't there behind the scenes but we lost on that deal twice. No two ways about it.

You realize Alleva got completely outmaneuvered in that fiasco?

We didn't gain anything. It wasn't even an even swap. We lost a home game. We ended 2016 with the same amount of home games we started with (UF replaced South Alabama), and we lost a game in 2017.

Is Independence Stadium open?

When was the last LSU season that did not have a game screwed up by weather?

Unfortunately, it's not about playing the game, it's about the money. Too many stakeholders.

Independence stadium is open i believe. The good city of Shreveport would be happy to host.

I'm with you. Let's just go play them at BYU. First off it looks gorgeous, stadium in the mountains. Be a cool experience.

Also, it will provide some adversity and toughness to this young team.

I've said this before, we need a take all comers attitude. Anytime, Anywhere if they want it we'll fight.

Yeh, move it to where in Dallas? The Cotton Bowl? If you want to move it up that way Arlington would be much better place in the AT&T Stadium. That's the best facility in the area and with a retractable roof.
Dallas ain't got sh*it other than the old place where the Mavericks "play".
Seriously though, game will be played in Houston as scheduled. Metro Boats will be shuttling people from downtown and Galleria area hotels to NRG Stadium before and after the game. Just be sure to exit from 2nd floor windows as the 1st floor will most likely be under water.

OK, couldn't help myself. I'm here in H-Town and we have already received and inch of rain and it has not even begun to rain yet. That starts tonight and will last for 4-5 days. By Wednesday Harvey will be in the Gulf south of Houston and possibly starting all over again. Seriously. Who knows? Those storms don't poay much attention to the "Experts".

Geaux Tigers.

This wouldn't be possible with all the logistics involved. Traffic and lodging would be a serious problem. Also I'm sure some people will evacuate to the Dallas area causing even more problems for the lodging and traffic
