Random, I completely agree with you. I had the misfortune of sitting right next to the Auburn band, however we were right across from the student section and the roar of that game was the loudest I have ever heard. There were so many great plays for both teams and when their kicker missed it in OT I thought I was going to pass out from screaming!!

Easy. The Game of the Century that didn't count.

When I look back on it now, that game, and the subsequent Mulligan, was a blessing for this die hard fan.

Never again will I invest a ton of emotion into a football game. Ever.

Thank you evil CFB Gods. LOL

2006 vs. Texas A&M, basketball.

And basketball is my third favorite LSU sport.

The LSU v Bama game in Tuscaloosa 2007.

Saban's first game against LSU

LSU took lead, Bama came back and took lead, LSU forces fumble and scores go ahead TD late

Bama has ball with a minute or so left in the game with a chance to win.

I was physically exhausted after the 2003 regular season game against UGA.

This game is often overlooked by the Auburn, Florida, and 3 OT games of that year...not sure why.

Tennessee in the SECCG was pretty intense as well...

but the only games that I was on edge for 60 football minutes have to be Alabama GOC I, Auburn '06.

There is something to be said when you get a 2 score lead and can calm the nerves at least temporarily, or even when you get down by multiple scores and your brain wants you to give up hope.

Those 2 games did not let me have that opportunity.

Arkansas 2007 was probably the most emotionally invested game for me. I remember being at the river walk and fuming when Hester (iirc) got called for his phantom hold.. Makes me sick thinking about it

2011 Alabama was mega intense.. and once I found out the BCSCG would be the mulligan bowl it really turned me off to CFB for the entire off season. I didn't even follow recruiting hardly at all.

This. The first two represent my best experiences in Tiger Stadium.

USC 1979. No tv, THE glamor team of John Robinson's USC career, cars were parked on the I-10 Basin Bridge with signs for tickets, literally no one sat the whole game & it was almost non stop "screaming" the whole game.TS only held 68K back then & it was overflowing into the aisles all over the stadium. Jacob Hester's Fla. 07 game #1A for home games and the Game of the Century last yr for a road game. But fwiw: putting up 61 on Archie his last game in TS was pure, raw fun. The hate for O.Miss back then was as strong as it is with Bama now: so imagine ringing up bama for 60 .......

'87 0-hio st. Game 13-13 tie. Earl Bruce wouldn't bring his team out first. Eric Andelsak and Chris Spielman get in a fight during the coin toss! The loudest I've heard Tiger Stadium with the exception of the '79 USCw game which has already been discussed.
