Football:
2006 LSU 23-20(OT) Ole Miss
Russell to Bowe to send to OT. Ole Miss fumble and Colt David kick to win.

Baseball:
2012 Day 1 of LSU - Stony Brook.
Miserable day for the first 8 innings or so, and then solo shot after solo shot to extend the game.

They were talking about LSU-USC 79 on college football radio show the other day. First I had heard of it, but they were swearing up and down that it was one of the most intense games in the history of football.

Southern Cal in '79 and Auburn when Brad Davis caught the pass to win with a few seconds left. Attended both. Had season tickets '79 to '88.

Bama '08 was pretty intense too whenever Drake(?) blocked that kick to send it to OT. Unfortunately, we didn't come out ahead, but that game was awesome.

USC '79. The foot stomping and yelling were nonstop. Only a BS penalty cost us the game.

Bama in Tuscaloosa 2011. It was so tense that after the game I felt like I played in it.

BCSNCG vs Oklahoma in 2004. We were whoopin those boys but the score was close and they had numerous chances to tie it up. And the game was in question down to the very last play. Given what was on the line at the time (45 years without a NC, and growing up thinking it was impossible for LSU to win one) that was the most intense feeling I have had about an LSU game that I attended. There are dozens of others that were really intense, but none of them had such huge implications

I felt confident but it was nerve tester till the end.
