If true then that is really depressing. On the plus side, if this happens, Im excited to think of the prospect of Aranda being the HC in 2019.
Imagine Aranda at the helm with a protege DC under him and then he goes out and gets a dynamic OC playcaller to match his dynamic defense.

Great, so having admitted that people need to stop arguing against the notion that the mainstream sports media gets most of their leads and stories from message boards, twitter, FB and the like.
University staff members know better than to talk to media folks. They are coached on this all the time. But they DO talk to their friends and family members and those friends and family members then talk to their friends and family members who are just regular fans with regular jobs who post on social media. To a lesser extent, local media members are also sometimes part of this group but Uni staff members are going to be more cautious giving them info and they too also have to be more careful about releasing info because everyone knows who they are and they will burn their relationships with their sauces. Theres anonymity on TD so people that are connected can be more open about their info. Major media outlets understand this and thats why they surf the message boards hoping to get a tidbit.
Thats why locally sourced info from people who are one, two or three removed from a personal connection to the program are the only ones with real information. i.e. social media.
