He blasted Miles the entire show today for talking to Ar Kansas while being under contract with LSU. Tried to get Troy Aikmen to agree, but Troy just said that is the business or words to that effect.
I love Miles, but really wish he would have handled this thing differently. Like telling ArKansas to take a hike instead of flirting with them.

I have to ask this question because it's been popular to toss this out but...did you have this same problem when our previous coach made this a December ritual with various NFL teams? Hell...he was good as gone in December of 2003 when Chicago came calling and they wouldn't give him the keys to the castle so he stuck around.
In fact, it happened so fricking often that nick even had the balls to tell fans we ought to be GRATEFUL this was happening because he could tell recruits how in demand he was!

It sounds like Miles pretty much turned them down outright and gave Jeff Long recommendations about present and former assistants under him. Like Chief and probably Stud.
