He'll go over 20 in his lifetime. The hardest will be the gold medals. He could go over 20 and still get 3rd just because Kendricks and Lavillenie are monsters.

The higher the pole is gripped the higher the potential vault however it makes carrying the vault even more heavy.

Just wish he was vaulting for the Stars and Stripes in the Olympics.

He will most likely compete in 3-5 Olys. He could eventually compete for the US once he feels he's given back to Sweden for their help. Bernard Pagar competed for Kenya and the US in different Olympics.

And 3 is be tall. Holding high isnt hard because of the pole weight, it's hard becuase for the same height guy, you have farther to go to get the pole vertical. Getting penetration is where speed comes in. Contrary to common belief it's good to be a heavy set guy as long as you can handle your weight well. Bubka was a pretty big guy. At my size and speed I could never hold higher than about 14'. Any higher and I'd land where I left from. Too short and not enough energy off the ground to make up for it.

Seeing what mondo is doing is incredible. That's incredible athleticism on disply.

If anyone is track interested the LSHAA State Outdoor Meet is at LSU this weekend. Small schools Friday night and large schools Saturday. It’s a great meet and you will see some good athletes.

Not even close. Glad he is a tiger but don’t kid yourself . There are and have been way better athletes on campus . He does a niche sport and represents another country .

He could easily run a leg on either of two short relays or long jump. He concentrates on one event, but he's a freakishly good athlete.
