Mo is a self promoting attention whore. She is the "authority" that is being cited on what being a failure is at this and doesn't even realize it. Nothing new here.

I'm pretty sure the girl trying out hurt her quad on her first kick.
must of hurt it pretty bad to kick 19 yards. I can do that easily and I don't train or do anything for that matter. If you can kick 50 yard field goals accurately I don't care if your blind and 90 years old ill take you. It's not cause they are girls its cause they lack the ability to perform on a pro level or college level.

Both elements are a gas. Gasses, while in their gas form, cannot be wet. In order for there to be water, Hydrogen and Oxygen must be binded through an electrical charge while in their gas form. Thus water is not wet, because it is made up of two gasses that cannot be wet to make water itself. Water is the factor in which items become wet, but since water is water, and in order to be "wet" you must be covered in water, and an item cannot be covered in its own, water is not wet.

Why can't water be covered with water? Is this a rule that only applies to water? Can a rock be covered by more rocks? Can a snowman be covered by other snowmen?

I think a better argument is that water is not itself wet because "wet" is the psychological experience perceived when interacting with something covered/saturated by water. Calling water wet is like calling a knife painful. The same argument has been made for why a light cannot be "yellow" and a noise cannot be "loud".

I doubt it, I'm sure there are hundreds, if not thousands of hs boys place kickers that can kick circles around her, just like I believe that just about any boys hs jv basketball team would go undefeated in womens' NCAA DI BBall. They get so much hype and media exposure attempting to put them in the same light as DI men athletes, because it helps generate revenue, that a lot of people get caught up in the hype. They are not the same class of athlete, not by a hell of a long shot.

Maybe you're right. Doesn't mean it shouldn't be respected.

respected yes, also kept in proper perspective, there are a lot of guys playing intramural sports at LSU that could be on DI rosters elsewhere, should they be on ESPN, have chartered flights to sporting events, etc.? I respect them for representing LSU, but a women "athletes" that excel in their sport, do so mainly because there are so few other women that are even interested, but they can have egos that MJ, A-Rod,Dion Sanders could only dream about, it gets a little nauseating

Look, are we going to debate Mo Isom or are we going to debate the wetness of water? Because only one of those topics interest me.

Are you referring to the fluid filled portion of the knee (i.e., the mEniscus) or a very tiny version of the Supreme Court of the United States (i.e., the mini-SCUS)? Either way, interest piqued!

no, the way the hydrogen molecules in H20 form a bond that can enable a container to actually hold slightly more than its capacity

I am interested in this water debate. Never knew that everytime it rained on me it tricked my hair into getting "wet" and laying down. Who would've known

If any top football program has to find girls at any position to fill their roster then they are in huge trouble. Les is an ace recruiter and talent evaluator. He doesn't need the distraction of girls wasting his time and forcing him to be politically correct. It's over now and Mo accomplished what she wanted. Time to move on.

The question pertains to the wetness of water - Not your hair. This is a topic that I take very seriously and if you can't be mature about it I'm going to have to ask you to refrain from posting in this thread.

You taught me something. Or, you typed something that interested me, and a Google search taught me something. Either way. But, the question remains, is water wet? I maintain that wetness refers to a psychological phenomenon. Retort!
