I’m surprised so many people don’t think this has anything to do with Hampton, himself

Was he a problem?
Did he miss practices?
Was he llate to team things?
Did he try in practice?

All that stuff comes into play.

Probably should stick with baseball. I didn't see much from him on the football field.

Was he not? What makes you think he hasn’t? I assume you’ve watched Hampton tear it up during practice?

Did I say he should have been starting or did I say Mainieri wasn’t playing the best players?

It appears that some of you just want to complain.

No it appears that you want to frame questions to fit your narrative. He should have gotten more of a chance while Doughty was out. Dugas can play infield. But you wanted to know what OF he should start in front of because you know that position group is set.

But feel free to go frick yourself.

Why do you think he should have gotten more of a chance with Doughty out? Why him and not Sanford?

Fact is, some of you are clinging to the idea that since he was really good in high school, he must have not gotten a fair shake here if he’s not getting a look before other guys.

This hardly seems necessary. There is really no reason to be this worked up over this subject.

Ashame considering the hardest hit I saw Jalen Hurts receive came from him in the playoff game.

People say things like “he played well in 2019” based on this one play. Name another one that sticks out from that season? He was terrible in limited playing time last season.

He didn't do much of anything other than that play, but it was a hell of a hit and very memorable since I never saw anyone from any team hit Hurts like that. Hurts was a big dude too. It just showed that he had potential to bring the wood. But he didn't pan out.

I mentioned both of them during the time Doughty was out. And Safford.

And it’s more about continuing to play Bianco while he was terrible instead trying every other option available.

Well because everyone else did for one. He’s had 5 appearances while the next closest outside of Hellmers and Gio was about 4 guys with nine appearances and at least twice as many PAs. That seemed a little harsh.
