I think we take the series, yes. Might be good to use this weekend to test some rotation adjustments.

5 errors in the last 4 games - I would like to see LSU play an error-free game or two this weekend.

It is extremely hard to sweep anybody in the SEC. That’s why LSU can hardly ever sweep. And the fact that LSU can’t seem to ever get 3 solid weekend starters. Heck it was tough enough for LSU trying to sweep a bad Mizzou team for SEC standards.

So 2/3 is my expectation for every series if LSU is good.

Wrong - in this same spot last year, he pitched Coleman and moved Hurd to midweek.

I love Pearson in the line up. But let’s listen to what your reasons are for benching Brown and replacing him with Pearson. Browns last 6 SEC Games 6-19 with 8 RBI’s. Pearson is 3-18 with 3 RBI’s. Yes Brown missed a fly ball. I guess we should bench Milam since he couldn’t throw it to 1st base yesterday and cost us a run. Everyone makes an error.

Pearson and Brown aside, we should be talking about a lineup on Thursday against Kohn that has Arrambide at DH and Frey in RF. Pearson and Brown can have a seat.

I never said anything about a missed fly ball. I'd rather see Pearson than Brown that's all.

Idk if that’s true or not but I kind of figured they would. Makes more sense to me.

Only 11IP, he looks like a reliever. And a pretty good one at that just going by those numbers. I know nothing about him, outside of those numbers, though.

I think they're doing a bit of throwing backwards. Leaving their ace on fri kerps his normal schedule and gives them a better chance of taking that game and then try to steal the series on Saturday. It's not a terrible idea. Ideally we can mash on Thursday and then use some less reliable arms to finish it out so that we'll have more bullets left for the rest of the weekend. Hopefully we pitch better at home and can start to get some of these guys back on track.

Need 2/3 at home this weekend

Sneaky road series in Norman the following weekend wouldn’t be shocked if we lost that series with our current pitching

The home town of Mississippi State University is Starkville, which is an old Indian word that means "Trailer Park."

Brown will likely sit out Thursday as he's in a little bit of a slump.

Some of you just make shite up. SEC Batting average so far.
.316 Jake Brown
.167 Josh Pearson

Pearson is hitting .258 since the Frisco series. In that same period, Brown is hitting .368
