Not sure why Miriam Segar keeps getting bashed on here, she's not even in the compliance office anymore. This is Bo Bahnsen's baby, and anyone else that works for him.

Compliance is supposed to be working in support of the university’s goals, not the NCAAs. Like lawyers, they are there to advise you and not serve as judge, jury and executioner how the current leadership there has done.
In the end, it’s a bunch of people that have napolean complexes and want to just show their power over others which isn’t the point of their department. Instead they serve themselves and the NCAA over their employer which is pathetic.
Now this view doesn’t mean I want LSU to cheat, but when your antics prevent LSU from legitimately competing based on an overly cautious approach, then you aren’t doing your job.
