Miriam Segar and Bo Bahnsen must go first

Followed by f King and Joe Alleva.
Compliance department is fricking up football and basketball and the coaches hate them. Get rid of them first and then let’s hire real men who know how to lead a university and athletic program and that wants best for LSU.

The damage Wade and Coach O would do without those 2 fricking clowns

I repeat again why can’t we move them to another department like saban did? Coach O is a football coach just like Saban is and that was before saban won anything at LSU.

Because Mark Emmert isn't here to pull those particular strings. And no one that's been here since has had either the interest or the inclination to do so, let alone the backbone to standup to the good ole boy network.

That’s because of the way Compliance at LSU apparently views their role. Instead of acting in an advisory/advocacy role for the university (like they should be), they seem to see themselves as some sort of in-house NCAA undercover narcs.

And they need to be escorted off LSU property and replaced with competent people.

What exactly is the damage that Orgeron would do without the compliance people in their current organization chart role.
We can’t they be placed in the same box that Saban put them in.

WTF is the deal with the frames of those glasses?

You're supposed to dislike compliance. They are the in-school arm of the NCAA.
That means they are good.

There are multiple ways they could be considered good at their job.

LSU could eliminate the compliance and testing operations completely. All they do is prevent championships.
Amirite?

I'm on the fence about this. I seem to recall that Miriam has saved our arse from the NCAA at least once in the past with her super sleuthing. For that, I'm grateful that's she good at her job. That said, if the compliance folks are going to the extreme as it appears they are, and essentially holding the athletic department hostage, then they need to be reined in.

If someone on that board Cowboy’d this situation and gave LSU fans what they wanted they could literally springboard that into a political position of power.
The opportunity for a hero is here. No one is man enough to take it. Fate favors the bold.
