This isn't true. Cam came in and had a great 1st season.

Les was ripped for not firing his buddy after our O became overly one dimensional.

I should have stated in my OP he was ripped to shreds for retaining him in 2016.

Miles was ripped because Cam never opened the playbook past 'toss dive'

Cameron produced a top 5 all time LSU offense, then hitched his wagon to Brandon Harris.....simple as that.

Miles was ripped to shreds
For hiring his buddy Cammy Cam.

That is not remotely true. When Miles hired Cam, most thought his NFL pedigree was the perfect fit for LSU.

Miles got ripped to shreds for not firing Cam after it was clear his system of QB development was not working.

This is an accurate statement.....

How good of friends are they. I may be wrong but I don’t think they coached together before LSU?

I’d have liked to see Harris with Jimbo

Maybe you can. Maybe when Jimbo is recruiting the Shreveport area he will stop to eat at the same place Harris does. You could all get a selfie.

Ensminger’s offense broke 7 offensive records in one season and is an LSU alum. WTF did Cammy Cam do ?

Not true, miles was ripped for keeping Cam and sticking with an archaic offense long after it had become apparent that it just wasn't working. Miles would probably still be here if he had fired Cam after the 2015 season and moved on to a more modern system

Why don't DP minions ever list those records?
Running Cam's offense, Slinger/players set some single game records vs opponents who fired corch, maybe why?

Good question you likely don't want answered.

All time LSU season records by Cam's offense.

#2 PPG
#2 Offensive TDs (Rush and Pass)
#4 Total TDs
#3 Total Points
#1 YPP
#3 YPG
#4 pass YPG

I won't even bother listing Cameron's more obscure LSU records you tout for Slinger.

Saban has the knowledge base and the results to point to. Everywhere in CFB he's been he's won. He's earned the right to meddle as much as he wants

Yet he ran Kiffin off 2 weeks before the NC game..........and let Sark call it, which cost him another Title.

Les Mile’s greatest season ever “2011” (yea I know the last game sucked) his OC was an in-house promotion to Greg Studrawa who was the Oline coach the previous 4 years.....

Now come on guys Les and Greg aren’t exactly Offensive savants, but they won an SEC Championship......

Now with that said, Chavis was in his prime and Defense carried that team. I trust Ensminger over Studrawa/Les and we’re paying ARANDA 2.5 mil.

Seems like an upgraded staff to me. If Aranda is what we think he is, this team has more potential than anyone on this board thinks

I think Studs has a better resume than Slinger as OC.
OC under CUM at BGU and SEC title.

I still believe Harris has the ability to play well given the right coaching/development.

He is in good hands at UNC right now. I will be proven right at the end of the 2018 season.
