I say go ahead and accept the ball if we win the toss. frick that defer crap.

then call a safe pass play that Etling can execute and get the crowd rocking. do it until MSU's front 7 starts to expect a pass then Founette!

script the hell out of the starting series. if we get a first down in the first quarter, HISTORY WILL BE MADE.

Frick that toss dive. Nickel & dime them down the field now that our QB can complete passes. Run curls and flats and mix in some runs out of the gun. After we score 1st drive the defense and Death Valley will be rockin'

Run the old Annexation of Puerto Rico play the first play of the game. It will be all over but the crying for MSU after that.

3-4 wide with Etling having audible privileges. I think the best part of his game will be his brain. It's obvious he can read coverages, let him play and adjust from there. Play to win and not to not lose

I wholly agree with that. I've been watching old LSU broadcasts from the '80s and noticed the Tigers almost always received the ball if they won the toss. That defer thing seemingly gained vogue in the Miles era.

Don't really care any more mainly because his tongue provides more misdirection than his offense ever has or ever will.

Their strength is run defense and their weakness is pass defense. So....
