I AM NOT A HUGE COACH MILES FAN. Now that I got that out of my way... I know when and where i was when I first heard him say this. However, I personally do not like that saying by him and here is why....
Coach Miles is a nice guy. He is honest and seems to be a good family man and good leader. Leaders do NOT have to be loud - See the silent avenger. For some reason people on here (and our general fan base) want to see that fire in him. If you ever watched Coach Arnsbarger he was not that animated on the sideline. He was always thinking at least from what I remember when I was in school (which I admit might have been slightly imparied by alcohol consumption). It is not in CLM's nature to be this get in your face tough guy. He really doesn't hve to be to be a good leader - which I think he is. He is a good guy so sayings like this seem to go against his personality.

I see LSU going 10-2, maybe better.
I think the offense and clock management will be a lot smoother this year, with JJ being more comfortable running the show. I think this opens the pass more. I also think Les puts emphasis on re-establishing a power running game, much less option- this plays to our RB's skills.
On defense I see the shift towards lighter, faster players up front to mean more pressure and tighter coverage, trying to stuff the run and force the other team to make quick-hitting plays.
For the 2 losses, I expect Fla to be tough, and I could see Arky/Petrino being able to maybe exploit the pressure D. But mostly, I'm expecting (and hoping) to see a lot of games similar to the Chick-Fila GT game, where the power runs and defensive pressure dictate the flow in our favor (maybe not by that big a score, but along those lines).
I think by the end of the year the Tigers will be back in the limelight, much to the dismay of those who wrote us off so early.

I sold my season tickets for this year. First time I've done that since I got them back in the early 90's. With my luck they will do great and I won't be there to see it.
