Beat up from catching so much, when he wasn’t catching every game and was being lifted out the lineup early in games
Makes sense hoss

Wyeth started twice within the first 8 games. Milazzo didn’t begin starting every game until Travinski’s injury and Wyeth’s defensive issues were established.

Michael Papierski would be elite on this team.
What if Milazzo could have a rebound junior year like Pap had?

Travinski batted .148 against SEC pitching the same as Milazzo.

And that was in limited ABs vs a full season. They’re all going to benefit from Johnson’s approach and development plan but Travinski’s offensive upside is much greater than Milazzo’s.

For all you Milazzo apologists, where were you when a certain infield who batted .172 and had only 6 errors( Milazzo had 4 errors, 2 passed balls and 2 catcher's interference in 2021). The rant ran the poor kid out on a rail.

I was right here for Hughes.
And if you are directing "Milazzo apologist" at me, you might want to go back and read my post. I simply laid out scenarios where having someone like Milazzo in the lineup could be beneficial. I never once said, it has to be Milazzo, I don't give a shite how he hits, or about what any other potential players can do.
Of course, the internet bad asses usually don't bother to read, just like the last guy who threw out a claim and then disappeared when I challenged him to back up what he said.

You’re not worth my time. You’ll take a position then throw out qualifiers. I don’t engage discussion with your type: “internet dummies”.

Translation - I couldn't find what I accused you of, so I'm just going to say you aren't worth my time to crawfish my way out of it.

Never been a full time starter, ever.
Well my Astros season tickets says he plays a shitload as in 60+ games just this year
Has played for 6 teams in 11 years for a reason.

Milazzo is called autozone. An automatic out. Maybe he can get an NIL deal with autozone
