Brought my 5 year old to his first baseball game this past weekend and he loved it, wants me to take him to another without his little brother and mother

I saw it mention events, do they have them often, we live in Mandeville, so I know it will be a little difficult to make them.

Following this post. I’m also interested for my 6 year old.

I'm interested to see the responses. I have no experiences with it. My guess however will be that people say its just good enough to be adequate. With a little effort, would really be good. Just like most things LSU does.

Yep, my little guys got to go on the court for halftime at a basketball game this year and got read a Christmas story and hung out with Mike. There's a few things like this throughout the year.

I just turned 24 and they still let me participate in the finger painting. Only during mid-week games though

It's only $20 one time payment until they turn 12, right?

When my son was 7 they had an event before the Spring game. Feed him and he got to be on the field when players ran out.

I’ve brought my toddler age girls to a bunch of the Mike’s Kids Club events and always enjoy them. Trying to remember some of the cooler ones they’ve done over the last 3 or 4 years,

Men’s Tennis - a couple weeks ago they let the kids go on the court after a match and the team gave them a little tennis clinic

Softball - last year kids got to go on the field for the national anthem

Gymnastics - kids got to go sit on the floor for the introductions.

Women’s Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, probabaly most every sport usually has a game where the kids can meet the team, get a poster signed, etc.

Then sometimes it’s a smaller thing, like they’ll have ice cream sundaes, or let them make posters with stickers and whatnot.

I like it a lot, especially the events for smaller sports that I never really attended when I was in school. Any excuse to get the kids out to a sporting event and I’m there
