You should be doing this to opposing fans yourself. Let the Tiger be.

Mike V wasn't just a tiger - he was the GTOAT.

I don't want it to seem as though I am slighting the others I knew (and I just don't know VII, haven't been down there). IV was a great tiger as well. He had to live in the old, unexpanded habitat that was, frankly, depressing. IV was the tiger who roamed the campus after being released and IV didn't kill that one dude who locked himself in the old cage (Jose Vargas? Anyone? He talked the kid out of doing something more stupid).

V had the benefit of the first expansion, which was good and he really enjoyed the (small in comparison to the current setup) swimming pool. I've already said enough, but I think he was such a good gameday tiger that his credentials speak for themselves, along with his overall personality.

VI was a great ambassador tiger. His interactions with certain fans at the habitat are legendary.

I love all our tigers. But V remains my favorite.

do not recall when this began or who was the AD. I honestly doubt Miles was included in that decision-making.

Nobody is going to get a Tiger back in Tiger Stadium. Not the Rant, Not Landry, Not Trump, Not God Himself. It's over. What all this will accomplish is assuring that this is the last Tiger LSU will ever have. The entities that have Tigers available will no longer trust LSU's assurances because the LSU situation is unstable.

Nobody HAS to give or sell us a Tiger. It wasn't a sure thing we got the last one or the one before that. It's not a sure thing we will get another one. We'll have to walk a fine line to even have a chance. And Landry is screwing it up, with help from the nimrods in the LSU fan base. He never would have thought of this if somebody hadn't given him the idea it could distract voters from the shitty job he's doing.

IIRC only one or two organizations were willing to provide a tiger the last time LSU went looking. In addition I seem to recall it was conditioned on not bringing him into the stadium on game day.

If that is in fact the case bringing him in would probably mean we’d never get another tiger and may very well have to surrender him if such an agreement exists.

Don’t really think his mostly meaningless presence in the stadium outweigh the risk of being without a Tiger.

Forget the trailer. Build Mike an elevated catwalk from his enclosure directly into the stadium. He could come and go as he pleases. Carve him out a section of the NEZ seats to hang out in.

I must say…. For a 12 year old, you handle sentence structure and punctuation very well. Your parents should be proud

That was Mike V. LSU had him sense he was a cub, and he was habituated to crowds and people. Mike VII came to LSU as a middle aged Tiger and doesnt have the same level of comfort.
