That is classic Meyer to bring up a game in 1992 when asked about TS. Of course he does not want to talk about his last 2 visits.

Back in the 80's Florida Fields (as it was known then) was a place for cocktails and socializing. Football was secondary. There was nothing intimidating about that place until Spurrier arrived. At that same time, Tiger Stadium had a long history of being one of, if not the toughest place for visiting fans.

That was in 1992, in the middle of the Hallman years, lowest point in LSU history.

Its sounds like Urban Crier's ego is hurt by the fact he's never won in Tiger Stadium.
Now he says he has won. BFD!!!

+1
Later that season, we wore bags on our heads (ala Saints) to the Bama game. They may have sold 69,000 tickets, but there was nowhere near that many people in the stands. Dark days...

Point is, myself and hopefully 93,000 others will remind him that this isn't 1992 and the giant is awake and has been for a while. I also hope that we force numerous time outs when Brantley can't hear his own thoughts let alone his cadence.

shite, we are a fickle lot. Just look at all the bitching people have done so far this season.
what's gold is when the national media types spew a little venom LSU's ways about being a 'fraud', or a poser or whatever, and some LSU fans start streaking skid marks in their panties...they start puffin' and up trying to flex in defense.
some of those same 'fans' have been spewing sh!te at this team since two-a-days, and at Miles since Okie State's bowl debacle in San Antonio.

considering our stadium was completely empty after almost losing to troy.

97 game between LSU and Florida the stadium rocked from start to finish. We never sat down and I am not talking about the student section. I am talking about the entire stadium.

The 2008 Troy team disagrees with you. Urban speaks the truth.....he's just a prick doing it. Didn't need to go there.

The more this guy talks, the more I dislike him.

Meyer has to search back nearly 2 decades to a time when he walked into Tiger Stadium and won. Of course, like a douche bag, he woud have a comment like that...
You make it sound like he's been coming here for the last 20 years. He's been an opposing coach in TS 3 times since 92
