Met and LSU may have played their best by practicing plays that we're saved for Bama.
If that is the case future DC will be ready for what Bama had not seen and will be ready. The mre that Mett plays his tendencies will be defended against. Death Valley on Sat. Night automatically gives the Tigers 14 points B4 the gams starts

dumb. I think what you are trying to say is that the only reason Mett had a good game the other night is because we ran pass plays that Bama hadn't seen yet. And thats just dumb. People are wrong for thinking that saving offensive plays for teams like Bama is a good thing. Unless its trick plays it all comes down to execution against a team like Bama and thats what Mett and the only team did. They executed better than they have all year by far

True dat, so Miles needs to bench Mett and start Bolden.

Just 14? I say 21 and any time LSU doesn't beat the opponent by at least 21, the NCAA should record that game as an LSU loss.
Please post more on this board. Your talent and insight are wasted on the OT.

Every pundit since 11/5/11 game has made issue that Bama is vulnerable to the vertical passing game and you must be able to run somewhat effectively in order to beat them. Danielson discussed these same points on the broadcast. There is no defense for getting your arse blown off the line 4-5 yds like Turner and Alexander were doing at times in the game Sat night.

The biggest diff in 11/3 and 1/9 was that we were prepared and motivated and executed. One difference that Miles breifly mentioned earlier in the week was that Mett had more control of the offense at the line now than he did earlier in the year.

It wasn't the playcalling as much as it was excellent execution. The throws Mett made can't be defended by the best CBs in the NCAA. If he continues making those throws And we can continue to catch them then LSU will blow through the next 4 games an be a candidate for #1 next year
