I think they made good hires, but it's very biased towards people that LSU knows.

I like Kelly but do agree that Woodward shouldn't offer a cent more or even a day longer extension. He's got a great deal. If he wants to leave, let him. Having said that, I agree with posters that he won't.

Both are great examples of him protecting his own legacy as the greatest coach in LSU History. Had we re-hired Saban when we had the chance ... well, it doesnt even bear thinking about. It's just too depressing.
Had we performed an actual professional coaching search when we replaced Skip with Smoke (Even in hindsight, you cant deny that others should have at least been interviewed) Baseball might have actually continued on the legacy he started.
Skip was a shite AD, who lived off the good will that he earned as the coach of the most dominating college baseball program of the 90's. Which almost as bad as being a multiple gold medal winner at the special olympics, especially during that time period. (am i trolling?)

As smart as these ADs are(rest assured they ARE smart) how in the world that every fan, booster, tard, degenerates, toddler, ahole, cheerleader and hobos can see this and the President/Administration/AD can’t is beyond believable.
