If the Jets go get smith instead of Chase it’s just another example of them being terrible at evaluating. Chase was the best WR on a team with a WR who just put up the best stats ever for a rookie. Let that sink in...

I can't remember 2 WRs going top 3

Smith would be a better fit in Miami I think and Chase in NY. I can’t imagine a frail finesse speedster doing well in cold and frigid NYC.

This topic has been debated so many times. Both kids will be successful on Sunday but Chase is more clear cut to have a better NFL career

The jets looking at their franchise and then drafting a WR #2 and being like “fixed it” is the most Jets thing possible.

This. They need a lot and should probably trade out of that spot and get as many picks as they can. They won’t tho.

Miami at 3 is a real player for a WR because that’s not their pick and they heavily invested in other high value positions last year.

He isn't a finesse speedster.
Dude is pretty technical.
I wouldn't take either player in the top 3.
I don't think either receiver will go top 3

This goes to show the talent in Louisiana. The two best receivers in college from our home state could go top 5 and the best rookie receiver and only rookie receiver to make the pro bowl all lived within a 100 miles radius!! #PutAFenceOverTheState

I really hope this happens, for Burrow’s sake.

Chase also had that monster season as a 19 year old. Smith was 22 this past year.

Prob trade Darnold for pennies to New England lol

Except chase quit on his team, before season ever started (and F off with the virus BS reasons)....while d.smith balled out all year.
Chase is quitter....prove to me otherwise

What’s worse? Quitting “because of Covid” or getting kicked off teams because weed is fun?

Don't have to, you won't be drafting him. Top 5 pick.

Both will be very good in their own way. Chase is more like a Julio Jones while Smith is a calvin ridley.
Both Elite receivers with different skill sets

Yes, choosing a Heisman winner is a terrible evaluation. Sometimes I really do think our fans are retarded.
You might think Chase is better. And he might be. But calling a decision to choose the Heisman winner "terrible" , especially one who just shattered Chase's record in 2 less games, is moronic.
