no it doesn't, and he didn't go to some elite high school in Oklahoma.

Sorry if i have higher expectations for LSU baseball.

Unless Slaughter figures it out, which I am not optimistic about.

He did play great. Very happy to see that. Hoping my assumption about him was very wrong.

He did. If he keeps it up, I kinda wonder if Smith may should maybe go to 2nd when he comes back for our best lineup. Sure, Slaughter is good at 1st, but that would take a good bat out of the lineup from somebody that can really only play 1st or DH.

If Smith comes back 100%, then his absence could be used to really develop some nice infield depth. Not that it’s a good thing he’s hurt, but lemonade out of lemons and all that.

This is where I have 100% faith in PM, he tends to figure this shite out by conference play. We have a whole lot of lineup possibilities.

I would leave Hughes at SS slide Smith back over to 3B(providing he comes back from this and it doesn't turn into a Lochridge type of injury) and put Slaughter back at 1B. DH Beau Jordan.

What do you do with Bryce and Webre if they are hitting well?
