Listening to Jack Arute today, and several like him in the last 2 weeks, it seems they are counting on a Bama win on Nov 5th. A lot of mentioning of a Bama/OU match in Sugar Bowl

It's like LSU is flying under the radar to some of these guys. I'm sure Saban will have his players attention as will Miles.

saban has accomplished a lot and much of the sports media thinks he walks on water. he is immune to his past frick-ups. when auburn overcame a 3 td deficit last year to beat bama, there was no critisism of saban; it was not his fault. when bama lost 3 games last year; not his fault. he's one of the best out there and to be fair, all teams and coaches have bad games. it's just that miles is crucified for his and saban is pictured as the genius that somebody else made look bad. by the way, spurrier has more clock mismanagements than just about anyone i've seen but never is blamed. "fair-headed" boys get to skate, i guess.

And we should do everything in our power as fans to ensure this narrative continues through gametime November 5.
This team NEEDS to hear they are inferior to Bama in every way.
Please Mighty Bama, take mercy on frail, little Tyrann and our second-best defense, etc, etc, ad infinitum, yada yada yada...
We just want to make it to a BCS bowl hopefully....

exactly. It's a ploy by the "media." Vote us #1 and then ignore us.

And a lot in the media have used the argument of home field advantage as to why they think Alabama should get a nod. After Oregon, West Virginia, and Moo State on the road in big game atmospheres, I believe this argument against LSU is pointless.

This team is playing with the most confidence I've ever seen. We will ride on into Alabama and not be phased.

Bama will be favored in all their games. LSU all but one. That's why they're saying that

Flop team...
Mandel
Even before Jordan Jefferson's arrest and Russell Shepard's suspension, this team was set up to fail. Les Miles needed a lot of breaks to fall his way to win 11 games last season, and the schedule this year is brutal.
