I still think based on how polarizing our 2019 team was, we have a good chance at any recruit in Louisiana over Alabama. I mean that team was Hollywood from QB1 to the WRs over to the defensive side. It just looked like a fun team to be apart of. How can any Louisiana kid turn down that opportunity? Win a national title in the super dome. Couldn’t have scripted it any better.

Damnit we gotta get back! There’s no reason we shouldn’t be knocking on the door every fricking season.

Saban loves Louisiana. Wishes he would have never left.

Didn’t he actually say this after we won it all in 2019?

Aub is no real recruiting threat to him, LSU is.

No one is a real recruiting threat to CNS and UA.

Thats how he does it. Build the relationship with the coaches. That shite needs to be cut off with the quickness.

Couple that with most high school coaches thinking Les Miles was a bafoon and you see why Bama has had big success in LA. Look at every Alabama team since Saban got there and you’ll find major contributors from LA. They would not be nearly as successful as they have been without the Louisiana players.

It does appear most hs coaches respect Orgeron for his wide range of coaching experiences but not to the level of Saban.

Idea came from the coaches running the clinic who want to hear from good coaches. Sark is also speaking. Peetz spoke. Orgeron has spoken at many Texas clinics. As a coach we go to these things to hear from good coaches with good ideas. And on the flip side Saban does it to keep good connections. Same reason orgeron speaks at the thsca meetings

I get the reason now that you lay it out like that. I do believe he is the best coach ever in college football history. But I do not like giving him the advantage to continue raping the state of our homegrown talent. RTWFU!
