Allen is a OLB/pass rusher which places his value at a premium in the NFL. The NFL isn't always about the most talented always going first, it's also about need & value. Allen is obviously the best pass rusher in this draft which is why he placed so high by McShay.

For one, he is already banned from the combine. Two, some teams will have him completely off their board while others won't. The teams that are interested will do their due diligence in researching his past history.

Some think hes the best pass rusher just not best player.
For me that distinction belongs to Williams but i can see Bosa as well. Allen will go high unless he just bombs the combine.
