And we lost 3 straight to Auburn. Disgusting. At least we beat the crap out of McNeese to end their run

It is a quality win. RPI moved two spots up to 8.

what does this have to do with it?

Auburn is much better than McNeese, ones a borderline top 8 seed and the others a borderline bubble team

We led wire to wire, pulled starters in the 7th, and won by 7. That's "beating the crap" out of a team lol.

Alot. LSU IS really bad on the road vs any team, does not matter if in sec or not. Lsu did horrible vs a mid conference type team in Auburn and 10 sec wins will not get u to supers. 10 sec wins will get you to the sec tournament tho so I guess that's good news. Was Nate yeskie the only guy that wanted to come to Lsu and be pitching coach ? And what about the hitting coach as well and their strength and conditioning coach as well. To have the number 1 class 4 yrs in a row and have this kind of showing to be ranked number 9 and already have 6 losses half way thru season is pretty bad coaching

I mean we're 9-5 on the road against a pretty quality slate.

You think 10 sec wins halfway through is bad?

How many pop ups did we have during the auburn series? Our bullpen kept us in every game. We need both offense and bullpen to be good going into the second half of the season and into post.

10-3 score in baseball is pretty much beating the crap out of somebody lol

If someone in the SEC beat LSU that bad then I’d definitely say they put an arse whoopin on LSU

Wow talk about hard to please.

You do know LSUs 2023 title team had a worse record at this point in the season than this team right?

Only 6 losses halfway through the season is pretty freaking good. Oh btw Arkansas, Texas and Tennessee only have one less loss than us (overall record). I guess they need to hire better coaches than Vitello, Van Horn and Schloss

this is beyond dumb

we have a national championship in the span and as far as having 6 losses to this point in the season, we are only one game off of the best overall record in the country right now.

Yes. Teams with RPIs of 30 have been left out of regionals and NCAATs before. Here is the latest regional projection to validate my claim they’re a bubble team.

This past weekend they were projected as the Next 4 out, not the first 4 out

And you are too stupid to understand that means Mcneese is having a great year and are a good team
