Maybe the Troy loss wasn’t so bad after all...

For one they were and 11 win team and just upset Nebraska. Is anyone gonna want to play them anymore ? But I saw someone write that LSU had won 9 of 10 in reg season since the loss. Pretty darn impressive to this point.

Last season... probably best if we just forget it.

Bama lost to ULM in first full year under Saban and Arkansas just got their doors blown off by UNT. That game has no relevance on this team or season

Stop, just fricking stop. It was a terrible loss to a sunbelt school but it doesn’t mean shite now due to the impressive wins.

Don’t try to justify losing to Troy though.

It was a bad loss, but it - combined with the warranted fan backlash that came with it - seems to have really lit a fire under O and the team’s arse since.

Now I’m interested to see how they perform when everyone isn’t “holding their arse to the fire.” The dynamic changes now and everyone will be singing their praises ... can they continue to play with a chip on their shoulder?

Oh it was. The MSU loss was worse though. Most of the outrage should have been directed toward That game

I don't know about lit a fire under their arse, but I can see it creating better leaders out of this year's upper classmen.

Nebraska is 0-2 for the first time since the Eisenhower administration. It doesn't make our loss last year more acceptable.
