This. If you're the only one standing, no need to stand, sit the frick down.

you're an idiot. Why do you think they call it a "seat". The people who design stadiums design them for 92,000 to have a place to SIT!!! Since you are only thinking about yourself, I'll enlighten you. Many older people have trouble standing up for 3 hours or 5 minutes. Maybe bad hips, knee, foot...whatever!!! They pay good money to go to the game also. I'm glad you know people who have gotten kicked out. They deserve it. Have a nice day !!

Wow.

We were losing the game!! Dude was maybe 28-30, had his lady with him, who obviously was not into the game. Beat it...

sorry. Not going to happen. I pay good money to go to the games and be respectful to others. Because you don't is your problem. Why do you thing security kicks you out for standing? Moron.

i like to stand too but i realize thats not really possible. if someone asked me to sit down i'd just go ahead and sit down except when everyone else was standing. you just come across as a jerk honestly.

I completely agree with this strategy. I'm proud of my arse but I'm not gonna stick it someone's face the entire game.

bummer for you. Because you are "that guy". If the section is standing up, I will. Older people who can't just can't. One of these days you may learn respect for others, until then you're just a douche... congrats.

Does anyone else find this terminology sadly ironic?

So very often the person using this description is an immature ignorant narcissistic soul who lacks the mental clarity to possess a command of the English language adequate to self express properly. Instead they reduce themselves to calling others a vaginal cleansing device which is not only distasteful it is comically an illogical metaphorical association.

You sound like the kind of LSU fan that gives us a bad name. Please find another school to cheer for and stay in Port Allen.

Agreed but if there is a reason to stand, 3rd down, 4th down, kickoff, defense having the offense pinned back.. Yea I'm standing up.

If you're standing on big plays/defense whomever has a problem with that can get fricked. If you can't stand up because you're catering to an old person behind you, what's next? No shouting because it's night time and a child is sleeping?

There are certain things that are inherent at sporting events. Oddly enough, standing and cheering are two of those things. And believe it or not, when these old people, who are apparently so infirmed that they can't stand, were young, it was the same.

No. I spent the majority of 2008-2010 standing with my arms crossed in front of my tv.

And, everyone should be like this at games.
