Does it make you feel good starting threads like these bashing current players? He might not be the best passer of the football, but he gives 100% max effort every game and has a great attitude - there’s no need to continue to trash him

I’ve been wondering the same thing. Maybe he can’t see open receivers because he can’t see. Trey Quinn dropping passes in the Alabama game and they found out he needed vision correction.

He is a PAC-12 QB trying to play QB in the SEC where he lacks confidence and accuracy to throw into tight windows, and the pocket collapses around him much quicker.

I just assumed they vetted all those issues and after the Dwayne Bowe deal, I was absolutely shocked that they didn’t.
One thing I’ve learned in life is is that most are just people making the same mistakes as other people. There’s no way of knowing whether you can see clearly until you get your vision checked. Surely someone at LSU does this.

The speed of the SEC is faster than the PAC12. He cannot react in time to make the throw. That is why he needs to throw more vertical passes down field and let the receivers run them down and make a play.
