The problem here is none of our idiot fans want to admit that the issue is that the players are just not as good as we thought.

We also do nothing to help out our offensive coaches based on scheme.

Its amazing how as soon as a unit doesnt play as well as we thought everyone blames the coaches. Why is it not that the players just arent as good as we thought?

I don't think we all realized how big a loss Trai Turner was. Pocic and Fanaika have been garbage.

From everything I've heard Grimes is a good recruiter but his "coaching" is up for debate. His claim to fame is Auburn's O-line which featured Cam Newton running behind it. Check out what Virginia Tech did last year...but not on a full stomach you'll throw up.

Then why dont we hire Todd McClure? Or even Alan Faneca. Hell, we need to hurry up and hire Shaq to be the basketball coach too! Someone call Albert Belle and see if he can coach the baseball team!

I understand this is the reason, but this is such a shitty, stupid, dumbass line of thinking for hiring an Oline coach. Yes Kevin doesnt have coaching experience yet, you know why Because for the last 15 years he has been busy being an all pro OFFENSIVE LINEMEN IN THE NFL. Yes Grimes has coaching experience, from alot of schools, you know why? Because he went straight to coaching after college, and has been fired from multiple schools. When an ex NFL Pro Bowl lineman and NFLPA president who just got done playing in the NFL wants to be an OLINE coach, just Oline, you take him.

this is why you are not making millions coaching kids.

Miles, didn't want anyone coaching the Oline that knows more than him. Why is this so hard to understand.

We can't give him more than 4 games before judging??

No. This the Rant. He's been on the clock since the Wisconsin game when their DL wasn't pancaked on every snap.

Isn't this supposed to be Miles' area of expertise? How about him coach the OL?

Sorry I think an ex NFL all pro would be a good offensive line coach. Does Les know more about football coaching then me? Absolutely. Does that mean he is never wrong about something I could be right about? Absolutely not

I absolutely hate the whole "he just didn't have the experience" angle.

I bet Florida sure is happy that they didn't take the same approach when it came to Steve Spurrier

yea but it makes for a not so boring day laughing at these 16-18 yo kids who believe they know more about the job of coaches then the men making millions doing it.
