Youtube Breakdown

Pretty fair and honest breakdown. Way more positives than negatives.

I like this guy. I've seen other breakdowns that he's done.

He's pretty honest and unbiased.

It’s hard to tell if he had all backups in there to protect him or not but when given time last year he played well against lesser talent. He seems to have confidence this year and gets all the reps to get better. I expect a drop off in the protection and the accuracy but with the skill players we have he should be able to make plenty of plays and put up points. Hopefully our defense can play whole games and not let teams score 20,30,40 points on us.

I don't expect any drop off in protection at all, except the fact that defenses are going to come after him alot. Defenses couldn't be wild against Joe because he could beat them with his feet. Myles can run a little bit but he's not the threat that Joe was.

I expect Myles to be pretty accurate, unless he hurries throws or makes bad reads.

The real key for Brennan is not physical. It's mental. His success will hinge on how well he deciphers defenses, adjusts protections/plays, and makes the right reads. I expect him to be a bit erratic at times early on but to settle in. I expect the calls to be pretty vanilla early on with an emphasis on the running game and a good bit of check downs, picking their precise spots to stretch the field. We really just need him clicking on all cylinders by the time we go to Gainesville - the first 3 games will be to get his feet wet and begin to expand the offense.

Not that any of really listen to the radio broadcast all that much, but it is probably pretty nice to have a color guy who can explain what is going on vs. 75 year old Doug Moreau who has no really understanding of today's modern play past simply the surface level stuff.

I was out of the country for the Texas game last year. The internet TV feed of the game was spotty at best, so I ended up listening to most of the second half on radio. Moreau, great guy, but adds virtually nothing to the broadcast other than stating the obvious. Plus, Blair is not nearly as good with football pbp as he is on basketball. I obviously knew LSU won the game. But when I was able to watch the replay of the second half the next day only then was I able to see just how much context was left out of the radio call.

Looked like mostly backups. Dare and Emery were in there.

I swear myles has the same stance and double footed movement in the pocket as peyton manning. Almost the same kind of throwing motion.

Not saying he is peyton or anything like that but he does have the same stance and holds the ball the same.

Burrow is scoring from 30 yards out in the NFL and barely got sacked last year.
Did you see how many times he got out of trouble last year.
Shite, he would get out of trouble multiple times on the same play.

I would peg them as very equal running the ball.

I think Brennan is a little quicker but he won’t be as aggressive as burrow was.

You guys are so damn stupid or trolling. Myles Brennan does not have close to the running ability of Burrow. Go watch Alabama, UGA, and the goddamn Bengals to see that.

What on Earth are you people smoking and where can I get some?

Wyatt’s early breakdown of Burrow was spot on and one of the first things that made me take notice about 2 years ago.
