For whatever reason Matty is the rants favorite coach, he has the longest leash despite the results. If BK came in and had a losing first season, a 6-6 season and a 7-5 season this place would be on fire no matter what excuses we could make for him. Same with JJ.

Imagine if Scott called JJ or BKs year 1 really year 0 and excused away a terrible season.
I guess it’s just most fans don’t care or like basketball so being below average is acceptable to him.
Did he inherit a tough situation? Yes in all forms considering what had happened and how much our fired coach was liked by our fans. He had the worst first year imaginable, then a nit and now we lost our best player. It sucks but he still needs to deliver results and he hasn’t.
I guess it’s just most fans don’t care or like basketball so being below average is acceptable to him.
