I remember a Tulane team with Paul Thompson beating a Daddy Dale team soundly at the pmac in the nit. The fifth to seventh best player on that lsu team would not have sniffed playing time for the wave. That said it was a different day and age. Tulane was in a conference that in basketball was as good as any and better than most. Cusa these days is a hindrance to recruiting the Thompsons and Honeycutts of the world.

I am with you there but if Trent hangs a 5 win SEC season up there and Alleva tries to sell it as th improvement he needs to keep his job since he won as many SEC games as in the last 2 seasons combined I am boycotting as well!
I really think LSU could hang a 5 win season and Alleva could try to use it as proof Trent should stan

Ok, I can see that but it is not like this topic is ancient news. I also did not bring it up to bad talk the LSU basketball team or coach like a hundred others used this opportunity for.

As I said on another thread, we certainly could use his offensive punch but he was the worst perimeter defender LSU has had in years.

What spoiled rotten white kids with rich parents that grew up in lily white neighborhoodsa and went to lily white private high schools and had everything given to them their entire life aren't?
