I don't know where you heard this, but why would this be surprising? Both sides would want this.

Well yeah that's what I meant. It benefited both sides, probably moreso Canada. But disgruntled employees speaking makes news.

Ok. Too bad he got some bad information about how these things work.

Do you know how it worked?

All he claimed was Canada asked for a NDA

Can you dispute it?

Roger, seriously. Did you even read my posts? I expressly stated that I am sure that Canada's attorney (not him directly, that's not how these things work) asked for an NDA. Of course his attorney would. It's a standard document in these types of matters. LSU's attorneys wanted one too.

What I dispute is his assertion of what that means. Again, Canada may very well have threatened to burn LSU down, but his attorney asking for an NDA can't really be read into that much.

And yes, I know how these things work, because I handle similar matters for a living. Do you know how they work?

What I first thought as well. That being said, as time passes, O looks better and Canada looks worse.

Canada should've learned early on not to tangle with a man whose flunky totes a binder.

At least Canada scored on bama. Hell if etling was half decent his offense would’ve put up 24 points that night.

It should be mentioned that Crowton put up 21 pts on Bama in one half in his last game against them.

One got fired

The other didn't

O is also Teflon. Our offense scored 48 TDs this year and 44 last year. Thats including 5 OT TDS.

The A&M Game put lipstick on a pig. This offense STUNK last year.

I believe in Brady thought. IF out offense fires on all cylinders it doesn't really matter who was right or wrong in 2017.

It was pretty average, which is what most intelligent fans expected before the season given the fact that almost nobody on our offense had ever done anything in a college game.

That isn't the case this year. We have experience now so people expect more, and rightfully so.

To put a number on it, we were 8th in SEC offensive efficiency last year. I see no reason we can't get up to 2nd or 3rd this year.

and our OC hadn't put together a playbook since the 90s.

I have high hopes for this year, but i think it will be more substantive changes to the scheme.

just because LSU wanted an NDA as well(in theory), doesnt mean what Vol says isnt true. Both statements can be true and Canada been adamant about the NDA on his side.

It was pretty average up until it hit the red zone. Then it really stunk.

Oh for god's sake. You completely misinterpreted what I was saying. And your "in theory" comment is ridiculous. Practically any time adversaries settle a dispute, they enter into a similar type of arrangement, which generally is beneficial to both sides.

WTF are you talking about? Vol's statement was that Canada vigorously "insisted" on an NDA, and that this supports the view that Canada had engaged in various nefarious actions while here. I have on more than one occasion stated that I do not deny that he likely did engage in those actions. I only stated that his attorney asking for an NDA doesn't in and of itself mean anything. His attorney, in fact, would have done his client a disservice in not asking for one even if Canada had been an angel.

Look, I get that there is a circle jerk club here around Vols' inside sources, and that's fine. I just suspect that none of those sources are on the legal side for LSU. The reason why is because I don't believe a lawyer would really interpret asking for an NDA like that.

Up to the Rice game we were far below average.
