This. Scott Woodward is the only AD left in America that submits to the NCAA.

He decimated the Men’s Basketball program as a result.

Do you honestly think that the NCAA will stop the game from happening? Perhaps the biggest game of the "opening" weekend? How retarded are you?

That's why you file an injunction. He can play until it's settled.

It’s been announced he’s suspended for the first half. It literally is an issue lol

Look up what the process for the refs is if the team knowingly plays an ineligible player.

It is to stop the game and declare a forfeit.

The retards are the people who want to risk this game for a single player out for 1/2 the game.

This is a possibility, I don't think it'll work, and they need to do it right now and ask for it to be expedited. Not sure where they would need to file the injunction, though. I would be behind this, but I have my doubts that it would work. If Houston had the info in December and didn't give it to LSU then they may have a case to postpone it a week. That would be awesome.

Would it not be Harris County, Texas?

I have a hard time believing we couldn't get ahold of a judge there right now.

ETA: Kelly probably doesn't wanna frick with it, at this point, but he should absolutely pursue this legally even if he's gonna sit Haulcy anyway.

Make the NCAA go to court and argue that they can penalize a player for a penalty from last season less than 48 hours from kickoff of game 1 of the next season. Make them argue that on the record.

This is Brian Kelly being oblivious, as usual.
