This is the problem. If you want to wear a mask bc you think it protects you and makes you feel safe, wear it. Knock yourself out; but the hypocrisy of wearing a mask as an official and then taking it off when you talk closely with somebody is either the result of ignorance, stupidity, or virtue signaling.

Cloth masks are political only. They do not work.
