correct.

Sullivan and Davis should see the ball more than Gage/Dillon.

You sure do like to talk about him here...

I'm still not convinced you aren't affiliated with the show and are here to bring listeners there.

Here's the daily breakdown:

Matt is yelling a lot. Matt knows very little about sports (especially baseball). Matt is yelling more.

At this point, our offense would be better off throwing 50/50 balls to them a bunch on the sidelines.

Davis can straight leap and Sullivan is a big ole boy.

I think the real issue is that O isn't worth the 3.5 mill or whatever he's getting.

I haven't been impressed with Canada, but he working with the worst offensive line that I can remember. I blame O and Grimes for that, so I'm willing to wait and see with Canada.

If he hasn't acknowledge that our piss poor blocking has been the source of most, if not all, of the problems on offense, I'm really not interested in his opinion on things.

You know it doesn’t have to be this way right? We can do things to help our OL out, namely putting Etling in the shotgun and getting the ball out quick and running some screens to slow down the pass rush. We don’t have to just keep doing the same thing and expect different results.

And I'm pretty sure they are making changes.

It's a really old joke that dates back to Miles' tenure.

That's dumb.

no he can't

quote:

-how do you simplify the easiest offense in America

by simplifying the aspects that are leading to the mistakes. It could be protections, moving of the OL from position to position, etc.

quote:

-no plan at QB

ridiculous

quote:

-Canada isn't worth $1.5m/year so far

obviously. But, he's pretty handcuffed at the moment. We knew we had limited QB ability. Our best offensive player is not performing at the moment. And, the OL has multiple holes. I'm not sure what he wants Canada to do.

I didn't hear it, but this sounds like a classic Mascona bitching about being bad without being able to get his hands around the cause.

Screams all the time
Is not even remotely clever or funny

Would NEVER make it in a real media market where he would actually have to be good at his job, rather than use local connections

I'm coming around.

The crossing route to Sullivan (we ranthe same play a series or two before to Chark) was deadly. Watching our WR run in between the zones and our QB deliver the ball on time was beautiful. The clear intent of that play was to hit the guy on the run. We haven't seen that at LSU in a long time.

I think the passing game, even with the limitations of Etling would open up if our protection issues could be solved. I'm more confident in Canada right now than I was going into game 1.

I like listening to Theriot (sometimes), but that's the only reason I ever tune in. I like when he makes fun of Lebron and Antonio Brown's hair.
