Just noticed Marshall is "supposed" to play Army in the prestigious Independence bowl in Shreveport. What the hell they gonna do? Can they drop out and find a replacement?

LSU has already kicked the tires with Marshall level athletes like Andre Sam and we seen how well that worked out. So no thanks.

Andre Sam was ok for us. I’d have taken him back this year over Gilbert or Sage.

New Admin came in after Huff was hired. He wasn’t their man and they didn’t hold up to some agreements to improve facilities and programs there per some message board chatter

Will they have enough players to show up in Shreveport? Army should just stay in West Point. An 11-1 Army team, likely to be 12-1 this weekend should opt out of a this minor bowl.

Louisiana Tech will play Army. LSU has played here twice, assholes. We've had some pretty good teams play here in the past.

This transfer portal crap is a runaway train wreck. Entire teams can bolt year to year. There has to be restrictions on this madness NOW or college football is toast.
