How much do you think you have invested in your collection? Very impressive!

I’ve actually seen several of his game worn shoes, from his time in the NBA, come up for sale/auction. I’ve only see 1 or 2 from his time at Lsu for sale though.

Haven’t seen you in a while. Still going strong I see. Everything looks great.

Somewhere between Chili’s waitress money and Forrest Gump money.
I use to keep track to the cent, but that is long since past. I can only estimate at this point. Its far less than the value (I do track that), that much I know.

How much do you think you usually pay for the jerseys? I've seen them run anywhere from $60 to $250.

That's not a mancave, that's a museum man. I would be scared to get drunk and knock over some your stuff

Wow....
I guess I have a different definition of a man cave. I've been a fan since my mom and I listened to games on an AM radio in the fifties, but never collected memorabilia. Last time I was in Tiger Stadium was Archie Manning's last game(which we called the"Orange Bowl").
My "Man Cave" is about 600 sq ft, contains, in no particular order, an 8' Marquis Hot Tub, a Greenhouse for my MMJ crop(legal), a 65" LG 4K TV, Oppo/NHT sound system, full bar, lots of comfortable furniture, 100Mbps internet, and its 15 miles from my GFs home, where I live....sorry no pics, have to use your imagination....I do have an LSU ballcap though. I live about 1000 miles from BR so rarely get there, but have been to a few road games over the decades, most of my viewing is done in my man cave.....LOL, GT!!!

Wouldn't really call it a mancave but that's definitely the best private collection of sports memorabilia I've ever seen...and very well displayed.

Not so subtle “my LSU memorabilia collection is greater than yours” thread.

Seriously, nice work.

I don't think that's a mancave. That's more like a overcrowded collection!

Almost everything has been obtained In person by me, with the exception of some period signed pieces. I’ve sent off only a few items to autograph shows such as Tri Star.

how bout estate sales?

Find The One Idol that will bring you eternity. This post remind me of high school girls screaming " look at me, I'm a cheerleader! You will treasure me! Show me to everyone"

In other words, I love LSU sports but my man cave is a t shirt and stained hoodie.

Won't post them to save the mockery.
